Quella che stiamo per raccontare è un'avventura moderna,
che nasce da una passione antica quanto l'uomo.
 È
la storia di sei viaggiatori e del loro amore per il mare. Così
la nostra prima tappa comincia nel settembre 2000, quando i
nostri sei amici danno il varo alla società Spartivento
Charter & Service.
Nell'ottobre 2000 si avviano le prime iniziative: l'acquisto
dei primi due splendidi OCEANIS CLIPPER 411 e l'oceanis clipper
473. Successivamente nel 2001 con consegna febbraio 2002 la
flotta si implementa di due modelli oceanis clipper 331 e di
un first 40.7 imbarcazione tecnica e pronta per il centro velico
e le regate d'altura, inoltre presso la nuova sede sono già
attrezzate le aule per la scuola di vela e l'organizzazione
per la vendita e la gestione delle imbarcazioni.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, i sei "navigator",
utilizzeranno tutti gli strumenti di Marketing possibili come
il Total Quality e il Customer Satisfaction per misurare e migliorare
la qualità dei servizi prestati.
 Questo
è il passato ed il futuro della Spartivento Charter &
Service, nata per voglia di mare ed al servizio del mare.
L'uomo e il mare, un binomio affascinante che ha portato gli
antichi popoli del Mediterraneo a confrontarsi con le sue immense
distese. Questa mitica sfida ha lasciato in eredità a
noi moderni da una parte misteriosi siti archeologici marini,
dall'altra splendide località costiere.
 Nella
nostre tappe, quindi, incontriamo interessanti mete: mari cristallini,
coste ricche di storia, una natura florida e vergine, fondali
da esplorare. Possiamo così navigare alle volte di Chianalea
di Scilla, incastonata tra gli scogli a picco sul mare della
Costa Viola, circumnavigare il promontorio di Capo Vaticano
e le sue perle, Tropea, Pizzo Calabro e Briatico.
Allontanandoci appena un po', ritrovare Taormina e la Valle
dei Templi per un tuffo nell'arte e nella cultura, o le isole
Eolie, paradiso dei velisti e degli amanti della natura in tutte
le sue forme. E perché no? La costiera amalfitana con
Capri, Ischia e Procida o Ustica e la sua straordinaria riserva
marina.
Prosegue l'avventura, ed alla fonda di una splendida baia,
vi presentiamo le imbarcazioni disponibili per qualunque vostra
esigenza: lunghe crociere, gite brevi, pesca, immersione subacquea.
E se non siete degli esperti navigatori, niente paura…
i nostri skipper saranno a vostra disposizione per confidarvi
i loro segreti da lupi di mare.

 What
we are going to tell you is a modern adventure born from a passion,
as old as man is. It is the story of six travellers and their
love for the sea. Our first leg starts on 2000 September, when
our six friends launch Spartivento Charter & Service Society.
In October 2000 the first initiatives
start: the purchase of the first two magnificent OCEANIS CLIPPER
411 and OCEANIS CLIPPER 473. Later in 2001 with delivery in
February 2002 the fleet implements two models: Oceanis Clipper
331 and a First 40.7, a technical boat ready for the sailing
centre and the deep-sea regattas; besides, by the new office,
they have already equipped the rooms for the sailing school
and the due desks for the boat sale and management.
The six navigators, to attain this aim,
will use every possible Marketing instrument such as the TOTAL
QUALITY and the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION value and improve the
quality of services.
 This
is the past and the future of the Spartivento Charter &
Service born for desire and in the service of the sea.
Man and sea: a fascinating pair which
has brought the ancient peoples of the Mediterranean sea to
compare themselves with its huge expanse.
This mythical challenge has bequeathed to us modern people on
the one hand mysterious archaeological marine sites, on the
other splendid coastal resorts.
In our fourth leg, therefore, we meet
these interesting destinations: crystal-clear seas, coasts rich
in history, virgin and prosperous nature, depths to explore.
We can, therefore, sail for Chianalea di Scilla, set among the
rocks standing vertically on the sea of Costa Viola, circumnavigate
the promontory of Capo Vaticano and its pearls: Tropea, Pizzo
Calabro and Briatico. Departing just a little, we can discover
Taormina and the Temples Valley for a dive into art and culture,
or the Aeolian islands, a paradise for yachtsmen and for lovers
of nature in all its forms. And why not? The Amalfi coast with
Capri, Ischia and Procida, or Ustica and its extraordinary marine
reserve.
